If you are going to deploy Email Server, Web Server, FTP Server, etc etc...
Your External DNS must create MX record, Host A record and CName record to point dedicate external IP.
But you cannot buy external static IP, how to do?
You can setup DNS update 3rd party software in your local network and set schedule to update DNS accordingly.
