Why domain user cannot burn NERO?

When you login to your machine using local administrator, you can burn using nero.
But when you login using just normal domain user, you cannot see the DVDRW already.
It's because Nero restricted Domain user to burn CD.
If you want to allow normal domain user to burn cd, you need to install Nero Burn Right and Can set permission.
After you install, go to control panel, Run Nero Burn Right.
Under Nero Burn Right tab, set everybody to allow burn right privilege.
