There are 2 types of VMWare Converter.
Online and Core version.
But Domain Server cannot use P2V.
When you are going to P2V, better use core version.
It's normally boot cd and convert to VMDK file.
If you use online version, when u are doing migrate P2V, all services are not stop
and your migration will be failed.
